Everyone at Cheltenham Coworking CIC is dedicating to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when collecting personal data. This policy outlines what happens to any personal data that you provide us or that we collect from you under the General Data Protection Regulations.

  • Email Addresses
  • Bank Details

For workshops:

The following outlines our reasons for using your data. When processing data we will act under legitimate interest. This means that we will contact you for the following reasons at any time we feel it is necessary. If we need to contact you for any other purposes than are stated in this policy, we will request consent from you before doing so.

For pop up shops:

  • To provide information regarding your shop
  • To provide a sales reports

For workshops:

  • To promote similar events
  • To send over any slides/documents from workshops

 

  1. DATA RETENTION

Any data collected through application forms will be stored securely in our Google Drive. 

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. We do not store credit or debit card details. However, if using PayPal please consult their Privacy Policy on how they store your details.

Unless asked, personal data may not be deleted, however it will also not be processed, unless the data owner has opted to join a mailing list, in which case the data will be processed for the details outlined in section 2.

All customers whose data we hold have the right to access their data at any time. The company must provide this information within 30 days of the request, and cannot charge the customer to provide this.

 

5.3 RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

All customers whose data we hold have the right to update or change any data that has been incorrectly entered or has changed.The company will try their best to check for any information changes on a regular basis.

 

5.4 RIGHT TO ERASURE

All customers whose data we hold have the right to have their information deleted at any time. This should be a written request and the company must comply.

 

5.5 RIGHT TO PORTABILITY

All customers whose data we hold have the right to request their data be moved to another company. The company must provide this information in a compatible, readable format.

 

5.6 RIGHT TO OBJECT

All customers whose data we hold have the right to object to any use of their data and the company must honor this.

 

5.7 RIGHT TO RESTRICT

All customers whose data we hold have the right to restrict the use of their data for certain purposes. The company may keep this data only for the purpose of recorded when the customer was removed from certain mailing lists.

We may on occasions gather information regarding your computer whilst you are on our website. This enables us to improve our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website to our advertisers where appropriate. Such information will not identify you personally, it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever. Similarly to the above, we may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie file. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer automatically.
